The neon light footage that has been uploaded to YouTube has captured the eerie sight of neon lights in a village in the remote province of Pakistan.
According to the local TV channel Tehelka, the residents of the village in Paktia Province were startled by the sight of the lights when they first heard them in the evening on Tuesday.
Tehelka reported that when the lights were first spotted by villagers, they were alarmed at first and reported the incident to the police.
However, the villagers then took to social media to report the lights to the villagers, prompting the police to take the incident seriously.
The incident took place in the village of Laghil, which lies on the Paktian side of the border with Afghanistan.
The lights have been reported to have been seen in the area for several years.
